CAT was carried out using axial cuts from the base to convexity. CAT scan shows: brain size diminished with deformity with evidence of congenital microcephaly. Cerebral parenchyme volume is diminished due to hypoplasia associated to a ventricular dilated suparatentorial. Amplitude of the furrows and intraparenchymal cortical calcifications by malformation and subarachnoid spaces, there is no displacement of midline structures, brain stem and cerebellum are preserved
