Association of ZIKV RNA replication with cellular organelles. Vero cells were infected with MR766 at an MOI of 0.5 for 24 h. The cells were then fixed for immunostaining in red using anti-Cox IV antibody for showing mitochondria (A1-A3), anti-Giantin antibody for visualizing Golgi apparatus (B1-B3), and anti-Calreticulin for examining ER (C1-C3). Then the cells were hybridized with ZIKV-specific probe to show viral replicative RNA in green. DAPI was used to show nuclei in blue. Scale bar: 10 μm
