Abnormal MRI signal in the thoracic spinal cord. The spinal cord at the T10-T12 levels appeared a little swollen, with strip-liked abnormal signal in the bilateral anterior horn regions on the sagittal (a, c) and axial (b) views. This change was more obvious on the left side. The lesions are hyperintense on T2-WI and hypointense on T1-WI. There was no change on T1-enhancement of the lesions. Contrast-enhancement on the axial T1-WI showed strong enhancement of the ventral root (d)
