A binary indicator variable to identify before and after the 2006 poultry intervention period.

  1. Notes: Deprivation index, Urban, DHB and Travel Rate are DHB level variables, whereas Report Date, Age, Season, Overseas Travel and Intervention are measured at an individual case level
