Mice were administered virus (H1N1pdm2009: 3 LD50; in 50 μL saline) via inhalation, and were then treated with Peramivir (60 mg/kg · d, QD, tail intravenous injection). The blood was collected at different times, and the drug concentrations were detected. Values are shown as means ± SEM
