  1. An example for urinary neutrophil gelatinase associated lipocalin (uNGAL) and uACR (urine albumin creatinine ratio) cutoffs to facilitate clinical decision-making in NE. Severe AKI is classified as an increase of plasma creatinine to >= 3x of baseline (AKIN stage 3)
