Distribution of lactate levels at admission of 153 hospitalized adults with severe dengue and non-severe dengue with and without warning signs (according to the WHO’s 2009 definition). Non-severe dengue without warning signs was not significantly different than non-severe with warning signs (p = 0.490). Severe dengue was significantly different than both non-severe with warning signs (p < 0.001) and non-severe without warning signs (p = 0.006)
