Phylogenetic tree of HBV isolates. Neighbour-Joining method based on 1000 bootstrap replicates and p-distances were used for generating the phylogenetic tree [23]. HBV genotype sequences from GenBank together with their country of origin and accession numbers are presented. Wooly monkey HBV (AY226578-WMHBV) was used as the out-group.
