An HIV-infected patient with mucocutaneous leishmaniasis as a manifestation of immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome (IRIS). In May 2009, five months after the initiation of HAART therapy, he presented with ulcerative lesions on his face in association with nasal obstruction.
