(A) ΔAg/RNA ratios (ratio²⁰¹² - ratio²⁰⁰⁹) were significantly lower in HCV/HIV-1-coinfected patients with CD4²⁰¹²≥ CD4²⁰⁰⁹ than in those with CD4²⁰¹² < CD4²⁰⁰⁹. (B) Negative correlations between CD4+ T-cell counts and Ag/RNA ratios were seen both in 2009 and 2012. Mann Whitney U-tests and Spearman's rank-correlation were performed in (A) and (B), separately, p < 0.05 indicates significance.
