²Compared with the 11-15 year old age group, the risk was significantly higher in the 9-10 year old age group (p = 0.01) and the 21-25 year old age group (p = 0.005). The risk among 21-25 year olds was also significantly higher than among 16-20 year olds (p = 0.01).
