Ten-fold serial dilution of viral RNA. RNA obtained from two patients infected with norovirus GI.3 and GII.4 (Grimsby 2004) were diluted and amplified by the multiplex real-time RT-PCR. The undiluted RNA's contained 106 genomic equivalents per assay.
