  1. aCV-1 cells were infected at 2.5 pfu/cell and then treated with compounds at 50 or 25 µg/mL; at 16 h post-infection, the medium was removed and cells were washed and harvested for virus titration by plaque assay. Virus titer in the control was 2.1 × 106 pfu/mL. Data are expressed as means ± std of triplicate experiments, each replicated twice. % inhibition was calculated as described in Table 4.
