GIS map of the participating WTPs. Figure 1 is a geographic information system (GIS) map of the WTPs under study. The map was created using Quantum GIS (QGIS) version 2.0.1 Dufour (http://www.qgis.org), an open source GIS licensed under the GNU General Public Licence. Further details on the WTPs included in the study (European Environment Agency WTP code and Population Equivalents served by each WTP) are shown in Table 1. Bubbles show the WTP-ID followed by the number of positive samples.
