Expression of TNF and IL-10 is increased in cutaneous and mucosal lesions of ATL patients. Fragments of cutaneous (CL, A and C), mucosal (ML, B and D), and healthy tissues (Control) were included in paraffin and sections were submitted to IHC for TNF (A and B) and IL-10 (C and D). After reaction, the expression of cytokines was determined through quantification of positive cells, under light microscopy (400×). Data represent individual and median values.
