  1. * Adequate dose in patients without CF was considered as 6 to 10 mg/kg/dose intravenous t.i.d. or 10 to 15 mg/kg/dose orally b.i.d. in children with CF, 10 or 15 mg/kg/dose intravenous three times daily or twice daily followed by 20 mg/kg/dose per os twice daily.
