  1. CDI patients categorized by the ATLAS scoring system, using the regression formula* derived from the ATLAS system applied to the 003 clinical trial. Testing the reliability of the predicted cure rate compared to the actual cure rate among individual ATLAS groups and for the entire population was done using Kappa statistics.
