NA indicates strains not found in SpolDb4 data base; Cluster represents group of two or more patient isolates that shared the same spoligoype pattern; cluster I, II and III each represent 2 isolates. Other spoligotype patterns represent single patient isolate. SIT = Spoligo-international type, CAS = Central-Asian.
