Examples of causes of death that were included in the ‘other medical’ category include the following site reports: 1) “Death following a short illness. Was asthmatic”; 2) “Death following severe headache.” 3) “Participant hospitalized with abdominal pains, headache, and joint pains. Died on the same day”. 4) “Sharp left sided chest pain and vomiting for 2 days, leading to death.” 5) “Death after admission due to gastroenteritis and hepatic encephalopathy, died on day of admission.”
