  1. Serotypes, serosubtypes, and sequence types of serogroup B N. meningitidis isolates circulating in Ontario between 2000 and 2010. Twenty-nine isolates were excluded because further strain characterization was not done. Table abbreviations: aST, sequence type; bNST, nonserotypeable; cNSST, nonsubserosubtypeable; dOthers includes another 46 unique STs, each representing 0.7% of isolates with MLST information.
