Analysis of membrane expression of TLR4 in RAW cells. RAW cells were infected with different MOI of Chandipura virus. In a second set of experiments, the cells were treated with different concentration of LPS. The cells were incubated for overnight at 37°C. The cells were then stained with an anti-mouse TLR4- PE-Cy7 conjugate and analyzed by flow cytometry.
