  1. Bacteria colony-forming units were presented as log colony-forming units per ml. The composition of the microbe involved in secondary caries was analyzed using SPSS11.5 software. Log colony-forming units per ml were compared by two-way ANOVA analysis using the Bonferroni method. For each type of bacterium, no significant difference was found among four groups (P > 0.05), but the mean of Log colony-forming units for the detected bacteria showed statistical difference among the detected bacteria within each group (P < 0.05).
