Log-likelihood values and parameter estimates (ω, p, n) of seven concatenated housekeeping genes, two concatenated fluoroquinolone resistance genes, and the porB gene (PIA and PIB). lnL = Likelihood values; ω = acceptance rate per site (ω M2 and ω M8); p = proportion of sites under diversifying selection (p M2 and p M8); n = number of positively selected sites with a posterior probability > 0.95 (n M2 and n M8). All comparisons between nested models (M1 vs M2, and M7 vs M8) were significant.
