Country groupings, including certain regions, are as per the Global Fund regional categorizations http://www.theglobalfund.org/. HIV survival assumptions from the UNAIDS 2007 consensus epidemiological model package [24]. Proportional errors are shown for the two sources of error considered: mortality assumptions used in the Spectrum demographic model [26].
