Depletion of CD4+ T-cells was not observed in tissues of either animal. The CD4+ T-cell population was defined by tricolor staining for CD3, CD4, and CD8. T-cells were defined by gating through CD3+ cells. An equivalent number of cells (1 × 104) was acquired through this gate for each analysis performed.
